Video combines all eight Harry Potter trailers

This is great, because it allows younger fans to see the trailers they were never able to see, and older fans can relive the memories (such as the Goblet of Fire, the year of no haircuts).

Skyfall breaks Harry Potter record

A hush fell over the Potterhead nation as our movie-going record for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 was broken by the new James Bond movie… Well, maybe I’m being a little over-dramatic. It’s not that bad.

“Skyfall,” the latest installment in the long and legendary James Bond film series, opened to huge returns in the United Kingdom this week. The ticket sales were enough to dethrone “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ and give “Skyfall” the biggest opening week of all time in the U.K.

But “Skyfall” did fall short of overtaking “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ in just one weekend. The new Bond film brought in 20.1 million pounds in its opening weekend, a few million less than the 23 million pounds “Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ took in during its first weekend run.

We still have our honor! Anyways, Skyfall still hasn’t come out in the United States. It’s release date is November 9.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Ultimate Edition to be released

For those who haven’t had the chance to buy their copies of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and Part 2 are in luck.

Currently only available at Target, Amazon has seemingly announced the wide Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Ultimate Edition release date.

The Part 1 and Part 2 set will be released on November 13 according to the online retailer’s North American store. Amazon offers the set for $45.49 - a 30% discount off the retail price.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows‘ Ultimate Edition includes, like sets for the films before it, character cards, a 48-page book, and additional installments of the 8-part Creating the World of Harry Potter documentary. They naturally include the films themselves and are great for those who haven’t purchased the DVD or Blu-rays in the past.

If you can’t wait that long, you may remember that Target exclusively had these babies early as of September 25.

$45 is definitely not a bad deal for two fantastic movies (not to mention the extras)!

Harry Potter cast’s favorite lines

We really miss these guys. They were such a fun group, and their performances will have such an everlasting effect on our lives. Which lines were your favorite?
